Shipping Policy
We can ship to most countries in the world.
General Shipping Policies
Typically, all orders placed before 10:00 AM PST (non-holidays) will be processed on the same day. Most orders will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will most often ship on the following Monday. If we make a mistake and the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and do our best to accommodate your needs.
Note: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped.
Shipping Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to KAWA as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to KAWA, please contact KAWA to make arrangements for reshipment.

KAWA currently offers free shipping service for all orders.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Please note that your country may assess import duties/taxes on your shipment. Any items and shipping costs paid to KAWA at checkout only include VAT for some countries and do not include any international duties/taxes.
While we gladly offer warranty support for all items we sell, the cost of any warranty shipments must be paid by the customer.
Item Availability
We utilize a real-time inventory system, therefore if an item is able to be added to your shopping cart on this website, it means that item is in-stock. If an item or option/configuration is out of stock, that fact will be reflected on the individual items page, and that item will not be able to be added to the shopping cart.
Track Your Order
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery
Please note tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carriers websites once the shipment has been created by our system.
Holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
